The mud-bath area on Hon Tam island is the only one where you look straight out over the bay while you soak. The other four are inland, with gardens or hills to look at; here it's open water.

The sensible way to use it: spend the morning on Hon Tam swimming and doing water sports, then take the mud bath in the afternoon before heading back. Packages usually bundle the boat, and buying the bundle beats buying the parts.
