The content here is compiled from the public sources below, plus photographs supplied by the properties themselves. This page names each one and says how far it can be trusted, so you know what to check before you travel.
Photographs — Wikimedia Commons
Photographs of public places: the Cham towers, pagodas, beaches, islands. Author and licence are printed under each image, as the Creative Commons licences require.
Where an image illustrates a dish or an area rather than the exact venue named, it carries an “illustrative photo” label.

Room, pool and private-beach photographs come from the properties themselves, given to us as a booking agent. Where a property supplied only a handful, the gallery is topped up from that property's own website. Each image carries the supplier's name.
These are the property's own marketing images, so they show the place at its best, as marketing images do.
Shop photographs — from Google Maps listings
Most of the photographs of restaurants, cafés and beer places, plus several attractions added since 3 September 2026, are 4,959 images across 665 venues, taken from the photo grid on that place's own Google Maps listing. They were taken by customers rather than by the venue or by us, so they are labelled Ảnh tham khảo, a reference photograph: this site does not claim them as its own and does not say the venue supplied them. Every set is reviewed before it goes live, and images with a recognisable face are dropped.
Customer photographs carry no author credit and no licence, unlike the Wikimedia images. A deliberate choice by the site's owner when asked to pick between recent photographs without a name and older ones with one. They are also unretouched and unstaged: the dish in the picture may not be the dish you order, and kitchens change with the season. Any venue that wants its photographs removed can say so through the Contact page and they come down.

Coordinates come from two sources. Most are looked up through OpenStreetMap's Nominatim and Overpass services, and only shown where the result matched the place by name. Forty-one were looked up on Google Places in August 2026, one place at a time by the site's owner, with the returned name checked against ours. A pass that also found two existing pins wrong, one of them by 4.7 km. The index of streets, wards and landmarks behind the address box on the Near me page comes from OpenStreetMap, downloaded to this site's own server. Data © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed ODbL. Since 2 September 2026 each shop inside the list pages carries its own coordinate, so the Near me page can rank addresses and not only pages: 317 listings were read by CID. The id Google gives one premises, so it cannot be a same-name shop somewhere else; 9 came from Maps links the owner had already saved; the remaining 13 were looked up by address, with the name and street number Maps returned checked back against ours.
Where no trustworthy coordinate was found, the page has no map rather than a guessed pin. 116 of 193 pages have one. Pages about a dish rather than an address have none either. A typed address resolves only to street level, or to a ward centre where only the ward matched. The page states the tolerance beside each choice. Many small lanes are not in OpenStreetMap at all. Among the shops inside the list pages, 548 of 639 distinct shops have one. For the other 91 there was either no Maps listing of their own to read, or the address lookup returned a different business, so they were left blank rather than pinned wrong.

This is a model forecast, not a reading at the pier or on the sand. The wave bands (calm / slight / moderate / rough) are this site's own thresholds and the figure in metres is printed beside them so you can judge for yourself. Most importantly: the site does not say whether island tours are running. That depends on a port order, on bookings, and on the skipper, none of which is in weather data. Ring ahead.

Compiled from each place's official site where one exists, and from public listings where it does not.
This is the part most likely to be wrong, and every price here is indicative. Most prices on this site are read off the venue's own board or menu in a customer photograph taken at some point. They tell you the bracket a place sits in, not what your bill will be. Seafood moves daily, courts charge by the slot, small places shift their hours with the season, and nowhere announces that it has closed. Ask the price before you order or take the court, and call ahead before a long trip.

It is not an average of guest reviews, and it is not taken from Google Maps or any booking site.
