One distinctive thing: it houses Vietnam's first in-hotel cooking school, so if you want to learn a few Vietnamese dishes on your trip, you can do it where you're staying.

The sixth-floor infinity pool is worth singling out because it solves a real Nha Trang problem: getting a high view over the bay normally means the cable car to the island or a café up on Pham Van Dong. Here you have that view where you are staying.

On price: room rates in Nha Trang swing hard with the domestic calendar: Tet, the 30 April–1 May holiday and the June-to-August school break are the dearest and fill earliest, while October to December is wet and cheapest.
