Grand Gosia stands at 10–12 Tran Phu in Vinh Nguyen, the southern end of the coastal road. This stretch is markedly quieter than the middle, and more usefully: Cau Da port, where every island boat leaves around eight, is close by.

The same cluster holds the Oceanographic Institute at 1 Cau Da. On a rough day when the island tours are all cancelled, that is an indoor option within walking distance: tickets 10,000–40,000₫, and the morning is not lost.

The trade is dinner. The backpacker quarter and the restaurants around Dam market are four or five kilometres away, so eating in town is a ride rather than stepping outside as it would be mid-strip.

Choose it if the trip revolves around the water and the islands and you want quiet evenings. If you want food and noise the moment you step outside, mid-strip suits better.

Other places to stay in the Trần Phú strip: Panorama Nha Trang, Masova Hotel Nha Trang, The Signature Hotel Nha Trang. Trần Phú beach is across the road, and the cafés around here are on the tourist-quarter page.
