What this site does NOT collect

Starting here because it is short and it matters most. There is no login, no account, no form asking for personal details and no checkout. There is no user database, so there is nowhere for your name, email or phone number to be stored.

Whatever you type into the search box is processed inside your own browser; it is never sent to this site's server.

Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, where they arrive from and which pages they read. That is the entire purpose: deciding what to write more of.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (names beginning _ga) to tell one visit apart from another. Google processes that data under its own policies.

Google Analytics 4 does not record your IP address: it is used to infer a city-level location and then discarded rather than stored in the reports.

• Page views, and which pages
• Where you came from — Google, Facebook, or typed directly
• A city or province, inferred from your IP, which is then discarded
• Device type, operating system, browser and language
• How far you scroll, and terms you search for on the site

When you tap the Zalo or email button

This is the part to be clearest about, because it is the site's commercial purpose. When you tap a contact button, the site sends Google Analytics an event named contact_zalo or contact_email, carrying two things: where on the site you tapped (contact_location) and which property you are asking about (contact_place).

The event records only that a tap happened. It carries no message, no phone number and no email address — at that moment you have not sent anything. The tap merely opens Zalo, or your own mail app.

After that, if you do write: a Zalo message travels through Zalo (VNG), and an email through your own provider to our Gmail inbox. Whatever you choose to put in that message — a name, a number, your dates — is used only to answer you and quote a booking, and it stays in that mailbox.

Third parties

Three services can see something when you use this site. There is no advertising network involved, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

• Google (Analytics) — receives the measurements and events described above.
• Vercel — where the site is hosted. Its servers keep technical access logs including IP address, time and path, for operations and abuse protection.
• OpenStreetMap — the map on a place page is an embedded frame. When it loads, OpenStreetMap sees your IP address. The frame sets no tracking cookie, and pages without a map never contact it.

How long it is kept

Analytics data is retained for the period configured inside Google Analytics itself; the free tier allows at most fourteen months, after which event-level data is deleted and only aggregates remain.

Emails and Zalo messages you send are kept in the mailbox so a later question can be answered in context. If you ask for them to be deleted, they are deleted.

Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the rights below over your personal data. Because there is no user database here, most requests concern messages you have sent, or data held in Google Analytics.

• To access and review data relating to you
• To have inaccurate data corrected
• To have data deleted
• To withdraw consent, or object to processing
• To complain to the competent authority

How to opt out of measurement

Plainly: this site has no cookie consent bar yet, so Google Analytics runs as soon as a page opens. If you would rather not be measured, three things work immediately:

• Install Google's own Analytics Opt-out add-on
• Use a browser that blocks trackers by default, such as Firefox or Brave, or turn blocking on in Safari
• Use an ad blocker — most of them block Google Analytics
