In exchange, the view from the room is partly blocked by the towers in front. "sea view" here means a diagonal look through the gap between buildings, and it opens up the higher you go. If the view is what you are paying for, confirm floor and aspect before booking.

The main facilities are a rooftop pool and terrace, plus a restaurant and bar. It is the familiar Nha Trang city-hotel shape: tidy rooms, breakfast included, and the whole view budget spent on the top floor.
