Amiana sits at Turtle Bay on Pham Van Dong, north of the city. What sets it apart from the beachfront resorts is the private cove: the white-sand beach belongs to the resort alone, so there are no vendors, no strangers, and it's genuinely quiet.

The resort has taken World Luxury Hotels awards. Global "Luxury Family Resort" in 2021 and "Luxury Coastal Resort" in 2022. Rooms start around 4,040,000₫ a night with breakfast. This is the choice for a trip whose point is resting, not sightseeing.

Its position on Pham Van Dong on the north shore puts it 5–7 km from the centre: close enough to go into town for dinner on a short ride, far enough that the private beach is genuinely quiet. That middle ground is what the Bai Dai resorts to the south do not offer. They sit 30–45 minutes out.
