The Signature Hotel Nha Trang

The Signature is at 86A1 Tran Phu, right beside Comodo at 86A. Two different hotels whose numbers differ by one character, so read the whole thing out when ordering a car or a delivery. Its most distinctive feature is the Babylon restaurant on the 27th floor: dinner over the whole bay without leaving the mainland.

The spa is a jjimjilbang. A Korean bathhouse with rooms at different temperatures, quite unlike the massage spa a Vietnamese hotel usually has. With the indoor pool, those are two things that still work in rain or hard sun, which an outdoor-pool hotel cannot offer.

The room grades include apartment-style units alongside ordinary resort rooms, plus Terrace Suites and Signature Bliss Sea View. For a longer stay where you want a kitchen but still a front desk, this sits in the same bracket as Citadines Bayfront.

There is a children's play area and private parking. Parking being the thing people forget to compare on Tran Phu, where kerb space is genuinely hard. The trade is the usual one for the strip: the beach out front is public.
