Overview
Nha Trang is not a pizza city, but there is more real pizza here than you would guess, and it falls into three clear groups. First, Pizza 4P's inside the Sheraton: the Vietnamese chain that makes its own cheese, the busiest room on this page and the only one you have to book. Second, the city's own two Italian chains: IL MIO with three rooms on Biet Thu, Pham Van Dong and Hung Vuong, and MaXi's with two on Nguyen Thien Thuat and Le Quy Don, mid prices, courtyards, and the easiest group to just walk into. Third, two small kitchens cooking to order: GOURMET MAÏ in An Vien and on Hong Bang.
If you are eating in one place, for two people, I would call IL MIO 3 at 111 Hung Vuong: a corner site with both a garden and an air-conditioned room, and they will do one pizza half and half so nobody has to choose. With small children, IL MIO 2 on Pham Van Dong. The biggest room, a play area, and the set menus are the cheap way to order. And if you are in the backpacker quarter and want a quiet meal you can talk through, MaXi's down the lane at 120 Nguyen Thien Thuat: big plates, no loud music.
Pizza 4P's is worth it, but do not arrive empty-handed. A 30–45 minute wait is normal on a weekend evening; there is a queue code so you can walk and return, but a booking removes the question. The base is thin and soft rather than crisp, and the house-made cheese is the real reason to come. One thing everyone runs into: the outdoor section is hot in the sun, so ask for an indoor table when you book.
Two addresses here are not pizzerias, and they stay for exactly that reason. Bottega 26 on To Hien Thanh is strong on panini and draught beer: the parma ham and tuna panini are what people return for, and the cured tuna is made in house, so treat it as a light lunch or an early drink rather than a pizza dinner. Set Cafe at 46 Tran Phu leans Russian and European; its value is the central address and the fact that someone in your group who does not want pizza can still order well.
One note about time, because it is what spoils an evening. Both GOURMET MAÏ kitchens start everything when the order lands: fragrant pizza on a thin crisp base, but a takeaway without a phone call first can mean a long wait, and the kitchen is open about starting each dish when it is ordered. At ILMIO on Biet Thu it is the other way round: food comes out fast, but the oven runs hot, so mention it when you order if you dislike charred edges.
Other foreign kitchens: pasta, Japanese, Korean and Russian.

4.9★ Google · 15,353 reviews200,000 – 800,000₫Inside the Sheraton on Tran Phu, and the one place here you have to plan around: a 30–45 minute wait for a table is normal on a weekend evening, and the restaurant hands out a queue code so you can walk and come back. Booking saves the whole problem. The base is thin and soft rather than crisp, and the cheese is made by the chain itself. That is what sets it apart from everything else on this page. Ask for a table inside: the outdoor section catches the sun, and the air-conditioned room fills first.

Bottega 26

4.6★ Google · 1,078 reviewsOpen 8:00 – 23:00100,000 – 200,000₫A small Italian room at 26 To Hien Thanh with a first-floor balcony over the street. Honestly, you come here for the panini and the draught beer more than for the pizza: the parma ham and the tuna panini are what people come back for, and the oil-cured tuna is made in house. Food arrives fast, prices are easy, and some evenings there is a saxophone. Better for a light lunch or an early drink than for a full meal.

ILMIO — Pizza & Pasta
Open map →01 Biet Thu, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
4.6★ Google · 644 reviewsOpen 10:00 – 22:00100,000 – 200,000₫At 01 Biet Thu in the backpacker quarter, so it is a walk from almost any hotel around Nguyen Thien Thuat. The flour and the main ingredients are imported, the base is baked on site, and the pizza is the stronger half of the menu here. The oven runs hot, so the edges come out dark. Say so when you order if you prefer them lighter.

IL MIO 2
Open map →02 Pham Van Dong, Bac Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
4.6★ Google · 447 reviewsOpen 10:00 – 22:00100,000 – 200,000₫The largest of the three IL MIO rooms, at 02 Pham Van Dong out towards Hon Chong, with an air-conditioned room, an outdoor terrace and a small play area, which makes it the address here to pick if you are with children. The set menus are the cheap way in: two of them, a little over 300,000₫, cover pizza, pasta, soup and salad. Lunchtime is quiet.

IL MIO 3
Open map →111 Hung Vuong, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
4.7★ Google · 468 reviewsOpen 10:00 – 22:00100,000 – 300,000₫On the corner at 111 Hung Vuong, with a garden and an air-conditioned room. For two people this is the one I would call first: you can order a pizza half and half, and the two dishes worth ordering are the carbonara and the spicy clam spaghetti. The pumpkin soup, the garlic bread and the ribs are more ordinary. Save room for those two. The street is busy with traffic in the evening, so walking beats looking for a parking space.

MaXi's
Open map →120/33 Nguyen Thien Thuat, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
4.9★ Google · 1,219 reviewsOpen 11:00 – 0:00Down the lane at 120 Nguyen Thien Thuat, so it is markedly quieter than the street outside despite sitting in the middle of the backpacker quarter. Portions are generous, the parma ham and mushroom pizza is the one to order, with the pasta a notch below. Service is quick, and a tiramisu often turns up at the end of the meal. This is the easy one for a conversation: no loud music, no crowd noise.

MaXi's 1 Steak & Pizza
Open map →27A Le Quy Don, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
4.9★ Google · 1,466 reviewsOpen 11:00 – 23:00The other MaXi's, at 27A Le Quy Don, and the difference from the one down the lane is a proper steak section beside the pizza and pasta. Come here when someone in the group does not want pizza. The thing the other room cannot solve. The sign carries Korean and Russian as well, and most of the evening room is foreign.

GOURMET MAÏ
Open map →1A/290 street, An Vien district, Nam Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
4.6★ Google · 104 reviewsOpen 7:00 – 22:00100,000 – 600,000₫A small kitchen inside the An Vien district south of the river, making pizza and pasta fresh to order. The cheese pizza comes thick with cheese and smells of it, the salad is fresh, and there is a children's section on the menu: if you are staying in An Vien this is the nearest European food, no bridge into the centre required. The trade is time: the kitchen is open about starting each dish when it is ordered, so at a busy hour the wait runs longer than you would guess, a phone call solves it.

GOURMET MAÏ 2
Open map →64 Hong Bang, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
4.9★ Google · 34 reviewsOpen 14:30 – 22:30200,000 – 300,000₫GOURMET MAÏ's room in the centre, at 64 Hong Bang, and the one to pick for a thin crisp base: the four-cheese pizza is its best seller, and the salmon pasta is the unexpected one worth trying. There is an outdoor area and an air-conditioned room, pleasant in the evening. Same kitchen habits as An Vien, so the same thing to know: it is cooked from scratch, and this is not the place to arrive in a hurry.

Set Cafe
Open map →46 Tran Phu, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa
4.7★ Google · 2,395 reviews100,000 – 200,000₫At 46 Tran Phu in the middle of town beside the Tram Huong tower, a short walk from the beach. The map files it under pizza, but the menu leans Russian and European and pizza is only part of it, so it sits here for what it is: the place for a group where someone does not want pizza, and the most convenient address on this page.

Addresses come from each shop's own Google Maps listing, and the Open map button opens that shop's pin rather than running a search. 18 shops on the site have no listing we could confirm, so they have no button: the address lookup returned a different business, and a button that points at the wrong place is worse than none. A Google score appears only when Maps carries both the score and the number of reviews — a bare average cannot be weighed, so this page leaves it out. Street-food stalls change hours and close without telling anyone; call ahead if you are travelling across town.
