La Mer is at 03 Pham Van Dong on the north shore. The coast road running from the Tran Phu bridge out towards Hon Chong. This is not the centre: the 2 Thang 4 square is 3.8 km away, so getting about needs a ride.

In exchange, it is close to what the north shore has. Hon Chong is 300 m away and Thap Ba Ponagar 1.2 km, so a morning at the towers and back for a rest is a few minutes' ride, not a trip across town.
