Overview
Drinking at night in Nha Trang is a smaller map than people expect: almost everything on this list sits within a kilometre of Tran Phu, Nguyen Thien Thuat and Hung Vuong, so two or three places in an evening is a walk. There are five kinds, and picking the kind matters more than picking the name: a rooftop for the view, a beach bar for the late afternoon, a small cocktail room for talking, a club for dancing until it is nearly light, and a lounge that sells the group a table at prices in the millions.
The three best-known places are not on the list below, because each already has its own page here: Sailing Club (the longest-running and busiest beach bar), Skylight (the deck on top of the Havana) and the Louisiane Brewhouse. All three on the Tran Phu strip. This page is the rest, and the rest is where the real differences in hours and atmosphere are.
Opening hours are the most useful axis here, more useful than the scores. Z Beach opens at 7 in the morning: by day it is a café on the sand and only becomes a bar at night; Sky Blu opens at 8. The cocktail rooms start late: Than – The Cave and MiJack at 18:00–19:00, MEDUZA from midday. The latest closing is Next Level at 4:00, then Paradise Club, BING DOU and Killed Kenny at 3:00, then a group of four at 2:00. Kisho, the one lounge here, works the other way: it opens at 20:00 and shuts at 01:30. Hotel rooftops run the other way, Altitude shuts at midnight, because it is a hotel bar rather than a club.
On price this page has two worlds, and knowing which is which matters more than anything else here. Kisho Club at 19 Biệt Thự sells tables rather than drinks, at a published 1,200,000–17,000,000₫ a table. That is for the group rather than per person, and the source does not say whether it is a minimum spend or includes bottles, so settle it before reserving. Apart from it, only Ong Buzz Garden publishes a price list, and it is a food one: a grill and seafood menu at 55,000–495,000₫ a dish. Nothing else on the page publishes anything checkable: a cocktail in one of the small rooms costs several times a beer at a beach bar, and a club at the weekend may charge entry. Ask at the door, the same way you would agree a taxi fare before getting in.
Two practical things. First, getting home late is harder than it sounds: between 2 and 4 in the morning a Grab in this area takes a while, so if you plan to stay until closing, stay somewhere in the same quarter, which is where most of the late places sit. The exceptions are Dom out in Phước Hoà, which shuts at 2am well away from the quarter, and The Pumm Central on Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, which closes earlier but is just as far out; at both, a car at closing time is harder to find. Second, noise runs both ways: a hotel room facing Nguyen Thien Thuat hears the music until 2am, so if you are an early sleeper, read this page as a map of what to avoid.

And it is not purely a bar: its own menu is a full grill and seafood card, from morning glory with garlic at 55,000₫ through pork belly in salt and chilli 85,000₫, prawns and octopus 115,000₫, squid 175,000₫ and grilled sturgeon 255,000₫ up to pomfret 425,000₫ and a whole free-range chicken 495,000₫ (half, 255,000₫). A garden rather than a rooftop, set behind the Quinter Central hotel. The venue's own menu prints its address as 96 Trần Phú; the Z Beach beach bar on this page also carries number 96 on Maps while another source puts it at 90, so do not confuse the two: Z Beach is out on the sand, this is set back. Ong Nhà Mình, a restaurant open 08:00–22:00, shares the address. Call 033 748 6968.

The Pumm Central

Open 17:00 – 1:00312 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, which puts it well inland rather than on the beach road. This is a large room with a stage and an LED wall running its full width, moving-head lighting and haze machines, rather than a bar on a street front. It runs a DJ and a band, and that is what separates it from most of this page: both happen on the same night instead of one or the other. It also builds nights around dates, a 2 September one for instance, so the evening you walk into may be an event rather than an ordinary night. Open 17:00 to 1am, so it shuts earlier than most of the clubs here. Around 200,000–300,000₫ a head. The thing to plan for is the journey back: this is well away from the quarter, so a car at 1am is harder to find than it would be on Nguyễn Thiện Thuật. The number is 096 401 7768.

Kisho Club Nha Trang

This is a different kind of place from most of the page: it sells tables rather than seats, and the published range is 1,200,000–17,000,000₫, the widest of the three lounges here. Opening at 20:00 rather than in the afternoon follows from that. The source does not say whether the figure is a minimum spend or a package including bottles, so settle it before reserving. It is in the backpacker quarter, walkable from Nguyễn Thiện Thuật.

HK Club Nha Trang

Open 20:00 – 1:3038 Trần Phú, open 20:00–01:30. It used to be called Havana Club, and most Nha Trang bar round-ups still print that name — if you find “Havana Club”, this is it. That address is the Havana hotel, the same building as Skylight on the top floors and a café at ground level. So one building holds three places to drink at three different heights, and this is the one at the bottom: a dance club rather than a viewing deck. It publishes no entry price or minimum spend.
